As a Web Strategy Analyst on the company’s Web Team, you will help identify and raise awareness of long-term business objectives and opportunities to maintain an effective strategy and direction for the organizations websites. You will perform in depth research and analysis of web usage, review behavioral trends and statistics, analyze and identify trends and correlations, and perform competitive analysis. You will collaborate with associates on various teams to gain an understanding of business and audience needs and to gather information to stay abreast of web trends. You will prepare, present and facilitate discussions around these issues and research findings in order to identify future web initiatives.
Related experience in business analysis particularly with the management and maintenance of large, transactional and/or B2B websites-Proven experience gathering and analyzing information and deriving conclusions to identify new web project initiatives-Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to think openly and creatively -Strong facilitation skills including the ability to prepare and present ideas and information to a variety of audiences -High degree of initiative -Mutual fund industry knowledge/experience is desired
