Design Communicators

Are there any Design Communicators out there? We've been looking and looking, where are you? We are looking for 2 DC's. We embrace GDD, and are applying it here exactly the Cooper way.
The positions are located in NYC (midtown), salary is competitive. We are looking for passionate DC's who can work their prose to inspire, who can reach into an ID's head and pull ideas out, who are interested in people, who can be our partners in crime...
We are a passionate group looking for equally passionate partners. There are
2 IDs working here right now. The position is not yet posted so I don't have a formal job description, but we are not looking for anything different than what Cooper would:

Cooper has done work for us, very successfully, our whole company (Dev, QA, senior management etc) embrace design and are supportive. Our company is young, but we do well (see our website:
http://www.liquidnet.com/company/about.jsp). We are in the finance sector, but our designers here have a wide variety of design interests, lending to alot of interesting ideas being shared. Our environment is progressive, the design team is strong, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to come play with us.
