Lead Interaction Designer:

You have at least 4 years’ experience in interactive design or you hold a recent degree from an undergraduate or graduate human factors program, regardless of years of work experience. You have planned and conducted research, generated audience insights, and designed customer experiences. Your skills should include:

Interaction Design:

Information architecture
Conceptual design, functional design and modeling audiences, processes & tasks.
Documentation, such as site maps, wireframes, flow charts or use cases, functional & presentation specifications, and style guides

Collaboration:

Partnership with technology on design§ feasibility
Partnership with design team on visual design integrity§
Partnership with Clients on business REQ & Goals

Research and Analysis

Planning and direction of appropriate research
Application of research methodology to research plans
Competitive or§ content assessments
Analysis and implementation of research results
