POSITION TITLE: Sr Usability Engineer/Oracle's System Management Product, Enterprise Manager (Code MH)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A senior usability engineer is needed in Oracle’s System Management Products division, working on the Enterprise Manager product. This individual will work closely with product managers and development managers to decide which usability tests would provide the most useful results for determining product UI, and then conduct those tests using Oracle's state-of-the-art usability labs.
Qualifications:
* BS or MS in Psychology or HCI or a related field. Computer science training is a plus.
* 5+ years of experience conducting laboratory-based usability evaluations, video editing, applied data analysis, and report generation.
* Extensive experience gathering test requirements, developing evaluation scenarios, questionnaire/survey design.
* Experience with IT Management products is highly desired.
* Strong people, teamwork, and oral/written communication skills are required.
