Usability Engineer, American Family Insurance

American Family Insurance (www.amfam.com) is looking for a full-time senior contractor for a 4-month opportunity (with possible extension to longer term). The skill set they are looking for includes usability testing, UI design, and technical writing. The Usability Services group at American Family has about 17 members. Having worked with the team in the past, it’s a good group of people and a great opportunity to make a significant impact on how usability and UCD get implemented at a large organization.
