Position: Human Factors Specialist.
8 yrs of related experience in software development, product management or networking technologies.
Professional experience in developing web applications with database interconnectivity.
HTML authoring tools and technologies.
Experience developing with Java, JSP, Javascript, CSS, dynamic HTML and XML technologies.
Solid understanding of best practices for web UI usability and accessibility.
Working knowledge of strategies for UI structure, navigation, and flow.
Responsibilities:
Produce user friendly software UI using standard development and design tools.
Work with engineering teams to identify and implement good design principles so the UI clearly represents functionality, informationa and value to the user.
Produce UI development guidebooks and style guides to aid programmers in developing efficient, consistent, and scable software programs.
Work as a team with user experience leads, visual designers, and content specialists to implement designs and produce products that meet customers needs, product goals, schedules.
