We are looking for a qualified Usability Engineer who will help us improve the usability of our product suite by conducting inspections and testing sessions on the current products. They will make recommendations regarding improvements to those areas that may be less usable and work with a team dedicated to implementing those improvements. They would also work very closely with the rest of the Business Analyst Team to ensure new functionality meets a high usability standard.
Related BA/BS together with 4+ years related work experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Designer. Experience with focus groups, lab studies and cross disciplinary teams in product design, combined with a strong background in Human Factors. Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills are essential as is the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in this fast-paced environment. Experience with both Web and Client Server applications and Agile Development (SCRUM) is a plus. EOE: M/F/D/V
