General Description:
The Creative Services, Web Technologist has the responsibility for technical development of consumer website(s) and email communications of these consumer products, with occasional support to the web development and maintenance of the corporate Motricity website. The ideal candidate will have several examples of large-scale product or marketing websites and/or email campaigns that he or she has been responsible for the front-end development. The candidate must have an understanding of web layout, end user usability issues, human factors and intuitive navigation schemes as well as competency in XHTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and DHTML.

DHTML, PHP

Duties and Responsibilies - Essential Functions
The ability to deliver under tight deadlines, work well under pressure and handle multiple projects at once.
Insure all content enhances Motricity's brand(s) and meets specifications before publication, including performing functional testing and debugging of online features.
Comprehensive knowledge of web development standards
Comprehensive appreciation of information architecture concerns
Essential Requirements
An undergraduate level degree in Computer Science or Graphic Design, (BS or BFA)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a web shop or Interactive Design Studio
Proficiency in XHTML, CSS, Javascript
Skilled with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Competent time management
Able to work independently and follow instruction
Able to follow basic technical or creative direction, creative briefs.
