Experience Lead
Avenue A/Razorfish has an immediate opening for an Experience Lead in our Fort Lauderdale office. As a member of our User Experience community, you would work with our strategy, creative, and technology teams to:
§ Taking a leadership role in developing transactional, informational, and marketing websites
§ Understanding target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translating them into creative concepts
§ Leading and/or participating in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing
§ Developing user personas and scenarios to clarify results of user research and focus the team’s design efforts on the needs of key users
§ Collaboratively developing prototypes for demonstration of concepts to clients
§ Developing and documenting detailed user experience specifications for highly interactive interfaces
Qualifications
§ Master’s degree in a related field, such as human-computer interaction, graphic design, or industrial design
§ 5+ years experience as an information architect, interaction designer, or experience designer (or similar role)
§ Demonstrated ability to design complex transactional interfaces, taxonomies and metadata frameworks, and templates for content management systems
§ Demonstrated experience observing user research and translating user research into design decisions
§ Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
§ Experience in client services and negotiating business decisions
§ Willingness to travel
