Description
We are seeking a senior Information Architect/User Experience Designer who can draw from several years of experience with user-centered design principles to work with end users, product development and engineering to create compelling and complex web applications and websites. The IA/UE Designer will be responsible for ensuring that our web-based software is intuitive, efficient, compelling, and formulated to achieve the goals of each of our four online entities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 6 years experience, at least 4 of which have been focused on interaction design and usability
• Experience producing functional design and user experience deliverables, including:
o wireframes/navigational prototypes
o site maps
o workflows and story boards
o use cases
o functional specifications
• Strong portfolio of web-based projects
• Experience working in an iterative mode, producing multiple variations on an interface
• Background in Information Architecture a plus
