User Experience / Information Architecture Lead

immediate opening for a User Experience / Information Architecture Lead.
This is a senior-level position that will report to the VP of Interactive and be responsible for providing user experience and information architecture services and leadership in order to deliver compelling and effective results that support the client's business goals. This will include planning and defining the UX process and deliverable strategy projects, ensuring the quality of documentation deliverables across all milestones and disciplines, leading initial requirements gathering phases, and diagramming of site architectures and user interfaces. Attention to detail is a must.
Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of User Experience / Information Architecture leadership role(s) in an interactive setting, external consulting skills, ability to make internal and external presentations, proven ability to develop large scale client relationships that are longer than a year in length and more than $1 million in fees, ability to be strategic and conceptual, exceptional oral and written communication skills, previous experience developing a budget, intimate knowledge of HTML, the capabilities of web browsers and new technologies. An understanding of software and database design is also a plus.
