Arrangement: 6 to 12 month contract position
Job Description
Kohl is looking for two Human Factors user experience/systems engineers to work on the design and evaluation of speech-enabled applications. Responsibilities will include working the project team to define systems engineering requirements as well as to design call flows and prompts, working with development and system testing, coaching voice talents, and evaluating the user experience. Each candidate should be a native speaker of English, have a masters or doctorate in cognitive psychology or a related discipline. Previous experience in systems engineering work and in the design and evaluation of the user interface for traditional IVRs and speech-enabled applications (voice or natural language IVR) is highly desirable. Knowledge of VXML and VISIO is a plus.
