The purpose of this position is to facilitate the international competitive advantage of Derivco's products by ensuring a satisfying user experience that meets the business and user goals of games, software and websites produced. The primary focus of this position is on the analysis and conducting of usability evaluation.
Duties:
Facilitates usability evaluation for software applications Conducts user interaction research and development Facilitates user interaction solutions Collaborates in the product development process Provides user interaction leadership

Required Qualifications:
Majors in graphic design, interface design, industrial design, interaction design, cognitive psychology or human centred design preferred Relevant bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
Required Skills:
At least 2 years experience in a technical/ team leadership role Demonstrated experience of how business value can be delivered via innovative design solutions Extensive experience in the user-centered design methodology Knowledge of human factors and cognitive psychology concepts Knowledge of online gaming/ casinos Minimum of 5 years software usability experience in a corporate or consulting environment required Strong knowledge of web technology and traditional application development processes and practices Successful track record of working cross-functionally to help deliver quality products on time Technical background highly advantageous Understanding of Software development processes Working knowledge of .NET development framework advantageous
