Responsibilites
* To lead user interface design efforts in conceptualization, design, and development of Encentuate products
* Develop and maintain user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications.
* Evangelize UI design directions to the UI engineers and resolve design tradeoffs and implementation issues
* Lead and conduct necessary usability research
Requirements
* Solid academic background in human-computer interaction or related field
* At least 4 years of relevant industry or research experience
* Current with interactive design trends, impact on software design and end user interaction, and implications for the design and development of enterprise and consumer software
* Skilled in flow charting user experience, data visualization, sketching (story boarding, scenarios, rough layouts, mock-ups), and user interaction design (icons, interface elements), and experience with interactive media tools like Macromedia Director, Flash, PhotoShop, Illustrator, HTML, and others
* Proven design skills, with availability of online portfolio
