Want to transform the world of search? We are seeking a highly-motivated software developer to lead web applications development. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial software engineer with startup experience who feels passionately about making software highly usable. REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
* Java Servlet/JSP or equivalent
* Web application experience (HTML, AJAX, DHTML, JavaScript, JSP)
* Relational database experience (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres SQL, DB2)
* Persistence layer experience (e.g. Hibernate)
* Human Computer Interaction (HCI)
* Full product lifecycle
* Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Search experience a plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
* BS or higher in Computer Science
* 3-5 years of software engineering experience
* Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for broad areas of science, technology, and innovation
* Startup experience
* High degree of integrity, passion and drive
