Position: Associate Director of User Experience, Research
Location: Kansas City, MO
VML is a fun, fast paced digital marketing agency, located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The Associate Director of User Experience, Research will build and implement the research strategy for web applications and websites for Fortune 500 companies across the country.
Responsibilities: Ideal candidate will have 4-6 years experience in Human Computer Interaction, UCD, Psychology, Usability, or related field. As Associate Director, this individual will report to the Research Director and work collaboratively with research, architect, and design teams to create website and application solutions that meet end user/customer needs in addition to client business needs.
Skills required: Perform prototype testing, survey development, conduct heuristic evaluations, moderate focus groups, and plan and scope research strategy for projects based on UCD approach. Excellent communication skills. Some travel required.
