Human Factors Engineer - Dallas Area (4 openings!!)

Company:
Work at a Research and Development facility; join an established startup company with large company support that is financially stable and growing. The products produced are sold internationally. The company recently doubled in size from 40 to 80 personnel and expects to double again in 2006. Have the ability to move to other internal job opportunities! Human Factors is a new department at this firm, this is a ground floor opportunity, it currently has 2 members and is adding on 4 new members.

Responsibilities:
Seeking Senior (Masters or Ph.D.) Human Factors Engineers. This department will teach other employees proper user-centered design processes, consult on ongoing designs, create new hardware or software designs, perform world-wide user research, supervise and participate in usability testing, and provide limited product designs and support. Some role flexibility is possible.


Requirements:
Masters or Ph.D. in Human Factors or Experimental Psychology/Industrial Engineering with specialty of Human Factors required.
Must have at least 3 years varied experience as HFE. Will consider either Ergonomics background or Software HFE background.
Strong communicator with proven leadership skills.
Ability to travel internationally (especially Asia) and domestically on a periodic basis required.
Authorized to work in the US. Requires relocation to Dallas Area.


Salary: 80K - 100K plus Benefits

Willing to Relocate!
