What is the job?
You’ll be responsible for
• Designing navigational structures and storyboards
for new business initiatives that meet customer
experience requirements
• Producing design specifications for projects (screen
mock ups, journey flows etc etc)working within
established creative style guidelines
• To work with project management teams and customer
focused teams to ensure that the outcome of projects
is in line with business and customer requirements,
meets design specifications and is delivered within
timescales
What are we looking for?
• a Degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) or
similar
• Over 2 years information architecture, interaction,
or interface design experience translating business
requirements into engaging, usable online solutions
• Capturing customer experience requirements and
design drivers
• Working in customer facing environments
• Working with teams in all business areas
• Designing leading edge software products and online
services
• Knowledge of design tools such as visio / fireworks
etc
