Title: Interaction Designer & HTML Wizard - 3 Month Full Time Contract

We are a stealth startup in the internet advertising space, well-funded but still less than 10 people. We're setting out with an ambitious goal to take on Yahoo & Google and give control and power in internet advertising back to the publishers and advertisers. We're passionate, fast-moving and totally committed to building the best user experience possible for our customers.
About The Job
Over the next 3-4 months, we will be building the complete first version of our product from the ground up. We are looking for a superstar interface designer and DHTML guru to work closely with our product managers to turn their functional specifications into HTML mockups our dev team can implement. This is a full time (or more!) contract position with a committment of 3 months at least.
About You
*You believe user interaction is more science than art, you can clearly articulate the "why" behind the design choices you make.
*You are an HTML & DHTML wizard, able to crank out production-usable pages quickly and elegantly. Comfort with Javascript a significant plus.
*You function well in a fast-paced, informal environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high.
*Sense of humor and a positive attitude are non-negotiable.
