> Senior UI Designer - Amazon.com - Seattle Amazon.com is seeking an
> enthusiastic, innovative designer skilled in the areas of visual, user-interface, and web-specific design to join the Retail Design Team. The Retail Design Team is responsible for the customer experience on the web site, specifically as it relates to our various product offerings. You will be responsible for designing the usability and aesthetics of new product lines on our Website, as well as enhancing existing features and developing new features. Your designs will be viewed by our millions of customers and have a sizable impact on our customer experience.
> Qualifications
> Successful candidates will have a mastery of the principals of web design and scalable dynamic GUIs.
> Expertise in Photoshop and Dreamweaver are essential.
> You must be a self-starter, customer-focused, detail oriented, comfortable working on cross-functional teams, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
> We'd love you to have a bachelor's or graduate degree in Human Interface Design and at least two years of industry experience. Most of all, successful candidates have an understanding of technology, buy things on-line, and brim with insanely great ideas that fill up their spare time.
