Senior UI Designers
Aims Italia is an International Search and Selection Company.
For the Mobile Division of a prestigious Multinational Company, leader in Consumer Electronic sector, we are looking for Senior User Interface Designers.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop innovative user experience within an integrated “total product experience” approach.
- Develop information architecture for mobile interfaces.
- Research and analyse European User Interface and technology trends.
- Design widget interactions for mobile interfaces.
- Research mobile user behaviour.
- Follow developments in usability and apply best practice to mobile interface design work.
- Plan, design and execute usability tests and user research.
- Contribute to development of research and testing strategy.
-To develop collateral UI design, including Menu trees, Flow charts (Workflows, Scenarios) and UI specifications for communications to other groups within the company.
Required skills:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- BA or MA in Multi media design, Interaction Design, Psychology, Human Factors, Ergonomics, Cognitive Science or related degree.
- Minimum of 4-6 years hands-on experiences in interface design and user testing with sound knowledge of design process
- Experience of working with multi-national companies or design consultancies.
- Must have small LCD interface design experience.
- Must demonstrate creative and innovative approach to design.
- Must demonstrate understanding of how interaction design, graphics and technology work together to produce an integrated user experience.
- Ability to work and communicate with other design and business functions.
- Knowledge of current design software and techniques. (MMD, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, Omnigraffle etc.)
- Experience in Human Factors, human behaviour, field observations & ethnographic research
-Interest /Experience in Graphic Design.
