We are looking for a talented, motivated web designer/developer to help redefine D&B's next-generation OnDemand credit management solutions. As part of web design team, you will be an active participant in a world-class organization that provides challenging and intellectually stimulating environment in an organized, process-driven culture. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, has strong analytical skills, unwavering commitment to quality and can work well with other team members.
Responsibilities:
Dependent on phase of product development, your work will be in both Design and Development including:
* Contribute to the user interface design of D&B's OnDemand credit management products
* Work with Product Management and customers to understand product features and requirements and champion user interface design that that meet such requirements *Work closely with customers by participating in usability testing and incorporating feedback into product design *Work with on-shore and off-shore Java engineers to design user interface elements and workflows *Hands-on design & development of assigned HTML and JSP pages *Play an active role in establishing a winning culture and environment.
Required Skills:
*Ability to translate business requirements and use cases into highly usable web applications *Thorough understanding of designing for the web, and the implications of dynamic interface design *4+ years of experience with HTML/XHTML in cross browser environment *2+ years of experience using CSS with a demonstrable understanding of how to apply *2+ years of Javascript/DHTML *Expert knowledge of visual design tools including Visio & Photoshop.
Desired Skills:
*Working knowledge of JSP, XML, XSLT is a definite plus *Experience in developing large-scale web applications is highly desirable *Experience using Macromedia Flash is a plus *Domain experience in credit management or financial services is a plus
Other Requirements:
*Self-directed and highly motivated
*Bachelor's degree
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to team development.
