In this position, you will be responsible for user and task analysis, requirements gathering, field studies, structured interviewing, usability test design and moderation, qualitative data analysis and reporting, survey design, statistical analysis, heuristic review, strategic usability planning,influencing organizations to become more user-centered, and working in an agency-like internal group serving customers within the company.

Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:
- Applying usability techniques and principles in all phases of the product development life cycle
- Defining project requirements and creating detailed effort estimates
- Individual effort in research, evaluation, and analysis
- Serving as a member of a cross-functional research and design team
- Integrating with technology development teams
- Recognizing and filling the needs of internal customers as well as end-users of products, web sites, processes, and technologies

You must have a Ph.D. with two years of working experience or a relevant master's degree with
at least five years of working experience as a practicing human factors engineer or usability
engineer. Additional qualifications include:
- Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to build consensus for user-centered, business-friendly decisions in a fast-moving, highly competitive environment.
